A widow had been cited for shoplifting in Cub Foods in Eden Prairie. Martin Azarian was able to have the matter totally dismissed. But the client needed to have the matter expunged because she was worried family would discover the case. A medical professional who wants to work for the Veteran’s Administration needed to have her shoplifting case expunged.  Martin Azarian had represented her on the theft matter and had it dismissed. A driver was charged with gross misdemeanor traffic violation. Having a clean record and being innocent, Martin Azarian was able to have the case dismissed. However, courts do not “erase” a criminal case simply because it was dismissed! The record remained public.
