In Hennepin County, Martin Azarian was able to have a Petty Misdemeanor theft conviction expunged from his client court record.

In Ramsey County, Martin Azarian was able to secure another dismissal for his client charged with shoplifting! Month of May 2011

Another shoplifting case dismissed!  Once again, a client retains Martin S. Azarian, P.A. and has his criminal shoplifting charge dismissed!  A St. Paul case, where the evidence was clearly against his client did not stop Martin Azarian from having his client’s case dismissed.  Another client leaves the courthouse knowing his case will be dismissed and will not have a criminal record!
